Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging, due to the nature of our products (personal hygiene and skincare), we cannot accept returns on used or opened bottles.
• Products must be in the same condition as when you received them
• Please include proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at dermaherbuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If your bottle arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at dermaherbuk@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement immediately.

Skin Reactions: We recommend patch testing before use. As with all skincare products, we cannot refund used bottles due to individual skin sensitivity or lack of results, as everyone's skin is different.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
